Kicking the Sick: See Ya Later Corona!

With all of the craziness over the Coronavirus it's easy to get caught up in the media frenzy and rush to the closest grocery store or Walmart and clear them out of every Clorox option. But with the impending doom of the Coronavirus looming over us (insert my sarcastic voice here) what can we do that doesn't entail us bathing in cleaning chemicals and instead empower our body to be prepared for anything that comes its way? Fist we need to take a trip back in time...

For some it will be 3 years back and others 80 years back but, think about when you were born. You were this perfect little bundle of joy that was being given all of these wonderful antibodies from your mother to help your immune system ‘grow up’. When you got old enough, you began to walk and move and at times fall but, you were mobile and growing your immune system in a new way! You had all of this motion flowing through you and your spine and you know what? That was your neuro-immune system GROWING! Your neuro-immune system grew every day with your motion and playing.


Now….fast forward to present day. You’re sitting at a desk all day just to get up and go home and sit in front of a couch and then go lay in bed and start the process all over again the next day. None of these things are bad...honestly most of them are beneficial in their own way or moderation but, over time you’ve stopped moving.
